Mainland UK delivery can take up to 5 working days. Weekends or bank holidays do not count as working days.
Express deliveries take 1-3 working days depending on the order and whether any customisation has been requested.
Please allow an extra 48 hours where stringing is requested.
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
No, we currently only deliver to the UK, IOM and Channel Islands.

Warranty & Repair
Rackets that have been restrung by Smash Pro may be returned providing all other labels, stickers, packaging remain intact (ie. unused). We will deduct £20 from your refund for the stringing. If your racket is gripped by Smash Pro, we cannot accept these items returned.
Rackets not restrung may Smash Pro may not be returned. If a racket is returned without the strings, this voids the warranty and no refund will be given.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer refunds on goods returned unused and unopened.

A refund request can be requested 14 days after receiving delivery. Products must be in a new, sellable condition with all original labels and packaging intact. Items must be in an unused state and not considered used when received by other customers.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer. It's the customers responsibility to ensure goods are packed correctly and arrive to us safely, we would recommend using a tracked service.
